There have been so many great suggestions about improving hemo or subtlety over the past a few months to get Eve isk, and it is quite disheartening that rogues will have to play 41 or 5 or 25 in most of our comps for another season to get cheap eve isk. Some of my suggestions were: Make it a pure DPS de buff. Double or even triple the number of charges or duration, so it can be used as a worthwhile raid or PVP de buff; add a 10 and second cool down to keep it balanced for raids.
Will it probably have to increase the number of charges by 50%? The related talents should be deep in the subtlety tree to prevent mutilate rogues from getting them. Enough said, one of the biggest weaknesses of deep subtlety vs mutilate is lack of double wound. This will help a lot.
