The power crystals from UnGoru may also make you a bit of Atlantica Gold, though they take more patience to sell (on my server at least). for power crystals its best to use Gadgetzans Auction House since many players will get the crystal quest, get frustrated with the endless gathering and head to Tanaris to see if any are on auction. Ive found that Morrowgrain usually sells better in Ironforge than Gadgetzan however. And of course selling in the Darnassus trade channel or in Ferelas General Chat (Feathermoon has an alternative Morrowgrain hand-in) is good for a quicker sale as the Morrowgrain buyers will pass through one of the two frequently.
The Barrens had the easiest route to go on, but it took a long time compaired to the other levels. Near Ashenvale there is a place with some harpies that has a fairly good tin spawn rate. From there, stick to that wall, and go to buy Atlantica online Gold. There are spawns along that, but your goal is South Barrens. Go in circles around the Scorpid and Bristleback and Razormane areas. After a while of this, you should eventually get up to whats need.
