If the one of these teams were to make a new charter, their HRs would stay at an 1800-1900 level, however, their TR/PRs are now at 1500. That means that any wins would yield huge point gains as their TR/PR numbers will be pulled towards the HR level of 18-1900. Once they hit the same level with their TR/PR, then Wins/losses would be equal, like the old days of similarly rated teams winning 15/15 or 18/13 etc.
This would not be that big of a deal if it was not for the fact that because of this aion gold being lower, your 4-6point gains from wins will be matched with 10+ deductions from losses. This means that if two 2300 level teams duke it out and trade wins, both teams will start to gravitate towards their say, 1800-1900 HRs even though they are trading wins. It becomes a lose situation until all players on each team have brought their HR levels up.
