What you and a lot of others are asking for are parents to step up and teach their children how to act in a proper manner in a public venue. Parents these days buy their kids computers and put them on the internet so they do not have to deal with their spawn. There are a ton of reasons why people of all ages act the way they do but attempting to do something about it is pointless on the internet. All you can do is shut the channel off or start adding to your ignore list and hope that someday real life will catch up with them and teach them manners that their parents failed at.
