There are two fundamental problems warriors have when PvP: Closing the distance or Healers.
If you can effectively remove these two problems your chances at killing someone with your warrior go up tremendously of Cabal Alz. If you are a protecting spec warrior you have no business trying to fight anyone, go tank an instance or something.
