An archer can have 4story Luna problems even with Ep2 skills but only if they use lots of things to reduce their casting time and also their skill cool down. This way they will be able to shoot non stop and also cast a lot of skills in a very short time period. This way will go down faster than it will be regenerated with those normal pots from NPC. Obviously at almost any levels such problems can be solved easy with some pots and it is not only for archers, but for all classes which have 4story Gold problems.
cheap 4story Luna problems start to appear as soon as you start getting better Ep3 skills and your skill cast is reduced more and more, normally by your Superior Marksmanship and/or by unique accessories and later by realm armor.
