Remember PPMs are calculated off base weapon speed, slice and dice will get you 40% more poison procs off white hits, just like it would for static proc rates. Our sustained damage as mutilate/prep is now higher. Against anything with less than 20000 4story Gold, it is a nerf vs the old expose armor.  You would not have used the old expose armor to begin with. You would be relying on your bleeds.

Having said that, even I have to say the old expose armor was too powerful against low armor targets.  It was too big of a damage increase. Once improved EA is applied, your healer will not be able to heal you through that kind of damage of 20% is a really low number. Even with mace specs 15%, you have to sacrifice way too much stats to build serious armor penetration against heavy armor. The biggest problem with armor penetration is the first 35% armor you take off a 20000 target is so little compared to taking away the last 35% armor. Diminishing returns on armor creates a lot of excess that do not do you much good even if you do get rid of them.
